Muni is a super awesome instructor! He is so nice and encouraging. Muni provides great feedback on what you are doing well and what you need to change/work on. He also provides paper feedback so that you can keep track of your progress. Muni made me feel comfortable when driving, even when I made mistakes. I live in Auckland CBD, but had to book my restricted test in Manukau due to the lack of availability. I PASSED my restricted test in Manukau on my first try; this was 100% thanks to my driving lessons with Ayaaz. My parents agree with this. Although I had been mentored by my parents throughout my learner driving journey, I was lacking the ‘tips and tricks’ necessary to pass the systematic restricted test. From what I have heard, getting your restricted back in their day was much simpler and ‘natural’, therefore having guidance from someone who knew the ropes of the modern test was incredibly beneficial. To be honest - I wasn’t confident in my abilities to pass the restricted test, however, after completing a few of Ayaaz’s lessons, I felt hopeful. Ayaaz helped me to become confident in embodying an exemplary restricted driver. He is a wise, supportive, witty, and overall down-to-earth guy. I couldn’t recommend his lessons enough. :)

From two driving lessons with Shefali, I left my two lessons with greater knowledge of road sense. Shefali has been able to build my confidence and as a result I passed my Restricted. As I would drive, she would always point out the dos and don'ts which is something that I will carry through with me in my many years of driving. Shefali is able to provide evident feedback which as a young person I took into consideration. If someone were to say to me do you recommend AA driving school, I am more than certain that I would and recommend Shefali and the hard work and effort she puts into the young individuals she is teaching.

I can confidently say that Sid has helped me get my life back on track. After a horrible accident and two follow-on accidents, I was left with some pretty big automatic fear reactions. Due to financial restrictions I was never able to buy my own car and no one could teach me… things dragged on well over a decade. I wasn’t able to get certain jobs and have true independence. Sid has a gift in helping to put anyone at ease, he is non judgmental, such a calming presence, and the direct voice that I needed to snap me out of certain mind states and build up my confidence. From the moment the lesson begins you can tell he is very motivated and passionate in teaching you to become a safe and confident driver. He is very patient with you and has a friendly touch in moments where mistakes might've been made. This helped sustain my confidence and courage to improve as a driver. He has more confidence towards you than you place on yourself which was extremely comforting. Additionally in every lesson I had with him, there would be moments where he would give words of wisdom and encouragement which was extremely supportive. As a result of this, I was able to pass my restricted practical test on the first try without a hitch. Sunny is an excellent instructor. I had several lessons before. When I was getting closer to my test, I booked one with Sunny 2 days before the test as all other instructors were unavailable. During that 1 hour, he taught me much more than all the previous instructors. He knew exactly how to build my confidence. He found all my problem areas and gave solutions to each one of them. Soon after that session, I booked two sessions the next day, and he did a fantastic job for two consecutive hours, taking me on all different types of roads. At the end of that session, I really felt that I was ready for the test. I am very thankful to him for the success of my test.

We booked in with Nikki at short notice to do a restricted 'mock' test for Jipcho Road (my daughter had got a cancellation spot and was totally unfamiliar with the area). Even though we had never had a lesson with Nikki prior, she was very welcoming and helpful. It was obvious Nikki has lots of experience in defensive driving, and she gave some great tips, which hadn't been given in previous AA lessons elsewhere. Nikki knew the test areas well and gave good tips and advice of the 'tricky' areas to be aware of for the test. Nikki even messaged us to follow up on how the test went - above and beyond expectaions. I would highly recommend Nikki, based on experience with having had a few other AA instructors over the past few years (with our other children). A+++

I’ve had Raj for 3 Lessons and already he has been able to show that he has patience and understanding as he allows me to learn at my own pace and understands that he shouldn’t be putting me in a pressured or rushed environment. He also is able to give very clear communication skills that makes him a even better instructor with the use of images and diagrams that he is able to draw up himself, even just after the first lesson for me he was able to show me within the first 30 minutes that he is very compassionate about his job and clearly loves helping people become a more confident driver. He has also been able to be able to help me get more confident on the road within only a few hours by us going on the main road on our second lesson and helping me keep my composure as it was my first time and he assured me how everything is, he really is a man that shows just how much he loves his job and I couldn’t of asked for a better Instructor.
