David is a great, very detailed driving instructor and super patient. I've passed my full license practical test at first after just a few lessons with him!!! During the practical full test lessons, he encouraged and helped me to improve my confidence on gap selection at very tricky multilane intersections and busy roundabouts which I used to be really stressed before and also corrected me on my head checks. David was an excellent instructor, his patience and clear explanations of concepts meant I was able to learn in a calm environment based on progress and improvement, which for many students such as myself who were very nervous to be driving at first was greatly appreciated as David gave a clear overview of my strengths and weaknesses at the end of the lesson, which meant I was able to focus my time on practicing those skills, as well as calm, constructive feedback whenever I made a mistake while driving in a way that I still felt at ease rather than stressing out and overthinking it.
David took the time practicing over and over skills such as the parallel park and had a good way of teaching it with having physical toy cars with him to show visual learners such as myself the proper indications and manoeuvres that take place.
Overall David helped me to be a confident driver which led me to passing my restricted license test first try and I would recommend David as an instructor to anyone, he really is the best.
