Garry is absolutely excellent. At the ripe age of 22 I still hadn't driven a car before [Hey, no judgement from me, judgement from my parents] because I was absolutely terrified. The first lesson he was already so helpful in addressing my concerns and anxieties from the moment I mentioned them.
He's friendly, calm, and properly explains what you're being asked to do. One of the things I was most nervous about was the ever dreaded parallel park, and gap selection on roads that had nasty blind intersections. With his advice and instruction they are no longer something that worry me at all. I felt very confident going into the restricted test because he had thoroughly explained the procedure and prepared me extremely well for it. I always felt comfortable behind the wheel with him as my driving instructor. Thanks to his help I did pass my Restricted Test! I cannot recommend Garry as a driving instructor enough.
