Fantastic instructor! Had 4 lessons with Gilly and passed my restricted license first go thanks to her help. She understood that I did not have a lot of confidence in the beginning and worked with me to have confidence in my driving. Highly recommended going for lessons with her!

When I first started my driving lessons, I was nervous and quite scared of driving. Gilly made such a huge difference. From day one, she was patient, reassuring, and so easy to learn from, which helped me relax and feel more comfortable each time I got in the car. I was always reminded of the safety checks, and all those gentle reminders helped build my muscle memory until everything started to feel natural. I also learned how to steer properly and gained a much better understanding of how to control the car in different situations. I have gone from feeling anxious about driving to feeling capable and confident. I am really grateful for the guidance and encouragement throughout the entire process.

Brendan had 5 lessons with Gilly. She was very friendly, approachable and informative. As we live rurally Brendan did not have a lot of experience with town driving. He went in very confident thinking he would only need 1 lesson but was surprised how much he had to learn.

Gilly was very helpful and directed Brendan to the areas where he needed to improve. With a lot of driving practice especially in town Brendan was successful in his first attempt getting his Restricted Licence.

I recommend Gilly to anyone who is thinking about driving lessons.

Gilly was very good at teaching me the ropes of driving in town as I live in Fairlie and did not have a lot of practice within Timaru, she was so good I was able to pick up very quickly and made me feel very confident before my Restricted test.
I would like to thank Gilly very much she is thorough with the mirrors/blind spot and showing all the signs to acknowledge for the test instructor.
