I had a fantastic experience learning to drive with Michelle. I really wanted a kind female instructor, and that’s exactly what I got with Michelle. She was incredibly patient and kind and always praised me when I got things right and when I didn’t, she gave calm, clear feedback that actually helped me improve. She has this chill, positive vibe that makes you feel safe and confident behind the wheel.
I learned so much from my lessons with Michelle and genuinely appreciated her teaching style. I’d highly recommend her to friends and family.

Michelle has been the best driving tutor I've had. And I've had quite a few driving instructors. As an anxious driver when I began, Michelle was very empathetic and understanding of my nerves. She gave me the tools to develop my confidence and taught me in a way that worked best for me. Highly recommend her!!

Yesterday I passed my restricted driving test after two previous attempts and years of procrastination and not feeling ready, the reason I passed and felt confident going into the test and throughout it is all thanks to Michelle. She is an incredible driving instructor; I have done other lessons with three other driving instructors in the past and she is the only one who I feel was truly invested in my success. I chose Michelle as my instructor because she was the only one smiling in her profile photo, she looked kind and encouraging which I released after my first lesson was completely true.
She works hard to ensure all of the bases are covered, the rate at which she taught me new things made me feel on top of it and not like I was out of my depth. Her parallel park equation is foolproof and her 'mirror mirror shoulder' will ring in my head as I safely drive for the rest of my life.

Michelle is an amazing instructor she is patient, clear on her instructions and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Each lesson I received an overview each week so I knew what I had to work on. The route she took me on was very similar to the restricted test. I passed my test in one try, I truly wouldn't have been able to do so without Michelle's help and AA Driving School. I 100% recommend Michelle as an instructor and AA Driving School.

She gave my daughter 6 lessons in total over a period of 2 months. My daughter has had her learners licence since she was 16 and is almost 19 now. She suffers from severe anxiety and getting her to drive has been a very difficult task. Michelle has a very calming manner and was able to make my daughter feel at ease - over the 6 lessons she really boosted her confidence and gave her all the skills she needed to pass her restricted test on the first attempt!!!!
I attended the lessons on 2 occasions and cannot rate her teaching skills high enough.
I highly recommend Michelle and will be using her again to give my other daughter lessons.

Michelle was absolutely fantastic as an Instructor. Having had a drivers license for over 10 years already but low confidence in my driving abilities due to an incident many years ago, I ended up having five lessons with Michelle to relearn the basics, and get my confidence back. Michelle helped me ease back into it - each lesson pushed me just a little more and by the end of it, driving was second nature for me again - the nervousness I had for so long is no longer there. Michelle made sure that I was ok every step of the way. Thank you so much for your help and guidance in our lessons together. (and for getting me to drive through oh so many roundabouts on our last lesson together) I am excited to be driving around Auckland again! :)

Michelle taught both my son and my daughter. She is kind and calm and helpful. She has great tips for mastering specific things such as parallel parking as well as overall safe driving. It was a great help to me as well to know what to look for when they were practising with me. I highly recommend Michelle and will be in contact for my third child when the time comes!

Michelle really helped me get my confidence and skill up when driving. When I started my lessons I was too scared to drive around my street, but she has made me feel extremely comfortable behind the wheel and confident in my skills and now I love driving! I would definitely recommend Michelle if you are nervous about driving :)
