Hi, my name is Sam.
I was born and raised in the beautiful Fiji Islands. I was in the Fiji Police Force, followed by the Police Force here in NZ. Having advanced driver training and dealing with numerous crashes over a 12 year career, I believe I can contribute positively within our society in regards to safer driving.
I have experienced the harm of a crash and the trauma and loss that comes with such incidents. As a result, I can show young and new drivers how to be more confident and safer on the roads.
I facilitate the Defensive Driving Courses and I recognize the need for safer driving practices. Personally I love challenges and know that every individual has different learning needs.
I like to make people think of the different scenarios they can be faced with because I believe thinking before engaging in an act gives more insight and helps make better decisions.
